How do I get Broadband?
Here's everything you need to do before you order Telecom Broadband
- Confirm that broadband can be connected to your phone number
Broadband is usually available on all Telecom phone numbers. You can check your number here.
If you are not a Telecom land line customer then you should talk to us about the land line connection charges and monthly land line fees that apply. - Check that your computer can support Telecom Broadband
Most computers are suitable for broadband, but if your computer is more than seven years old it pays to check our computer requirements.
- Choose a broadband plan
Our plans allow for different amounts of monthly data use starting from $39.95 per month for Telecom land line and calling customers (an extra $10 more a month for none calling customers).
